General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

Seller: The Party offering products to consumers over the Internet.

Buyer: The Party entering into a purchase agreement with Seller.

Product: Goods as described in the purchase agreement

Article 3 – Feasibility

Buyer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions and acknowledges having read same on the public website www.myprivatehotspot.com

Buyer may request to receive a copy of the General Terms and Conditions to be sent by email.

Article 4 – Content

Seller may deliver product which he considers the best fulfilment of the contract, in order to comply with the latest technology. This means that product may differ from pictures shown on the website.

Article 5 – Return Policy and Guarantee.

Buyer has the right to return the product without giving reasons during 7 days after date of ordering. Retuns must be complete and undamaged. Buyer is responsible for postage costs. Seller shall reimburse the cost of product within 30 days of receipt of returned product.

MyPrivateHotspot carries a 12 months guarantee against factory faults. Returned product shall be repaired or replaced within 14 days of receipt.

Article 6 – Liability

Seller shall not be held responsible for top up balances paid for by Buyer. These transfers of monies from Buyer to provider are deemed to be agreements between Buyer and provider. Seller shall not be held responsible for loss of credit balances due to insolvency of provider(s).
